We ship all orders from Amsterdam using reliable refrigerated carriers to ensure your Açaí arrives frozen and fresh.Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.Delivery usually takes 1–4 business days within the Netherlands.We currently deliver only to addresses within the Netherlands and neighboring EU countries (please contact us for other locations).You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.Please make sure someone is available to receive your delivery. We are not responsible for packages left unattended after delivery.

Return & Refund Policy

 

Because our products are frozen food items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for health and safety reasons.If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@tropicaliaamsterdam.nl with a photo and your order number. We will do our best to resolve any issue quickly.
